Agriculture requires an adequate workforce to keep operations going. If you require extra labour outside Canada, the Seasonal Agricultural Worker Program (SAWP) allows employers to hire temporary foreign workers when Canadians and permanent residents are not available.

    Employers must provide proof of inspection of the off-site or on-farm accommodation available for their temporary workers. DMD is a member of O.A.H.I. (Ontario Association of Home Inspectors) and is an authorized private inspection company with appropriate certifications to conduct your housing inspection report.

Our housing inspection reports include a general inspection of the exterior, interior, sleeping areas, washing facilities, water supply safety and fire safety in accordance with the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation.
